This Makarov comes with a leather holster that has a pocket for an extra magazine. Has a fixed front sight and adjustable rear sight. The grip is one piece checkered black polymer that envelops the back strap and shows a star on either side with “Baikal” inscribed on the left and “Made in Russia” on the right. Does show minor signs of handling and is still in great condition. Please see photos.
