Remington Nylon 66 22 LR
The Nylon series rifles (stock and receiver) were made out of plastic, Dupont’s "Zytel" Nylon. The receiver cover, barrel and sights are metal. The rifle weighs just 4 pounds. The gun has a 19 5/8 inch barrel, fixed front and adjustable rear sights and a tube magazine that holds 14 rounds of .22 long rifle cartridges. This one does have a crack on the right side of the forend. Please see photos.
