Berlin-Lubecker 98 8mm Mauser

This Mauser was there from the beginning. With only 118,780 manufactured in 1939; this Berlin-Lubecker Maschinenfabrik, Lubeck manufacture’s code 237 boasts matching numbers #1244 – except barrel bands – stock in excellent condition, Mauser stamp on the right side of buttstock (look closely), metal finish is warn and consistent with seven years of use during various battles. Barrel has strong lands and grooves. This is not a Russian Capture or Import Marked rifle; it was possibly brought home by a veteran. Please see photos.
