243 1939-Mauser Werke AG, Borsigwalde, serial number 5947 match on barrel and action, Replacement bolt (no number) but all the small parts of bolt match with serial number 4764. Quantity produced 237,661, Firing Proofs, Weimar Eagles (early) production Waffenamts with Wiemar Eagles (early production. Milled parts consist of upper/lower bands, trigger guard, floor plate, and follower. Stock is in excellent condition, barrel has strong lands and grooves, metal finish is warn. Considering the age and year of manufacture this rifle is in great condition. Please see photos.
