Savage Arms 101 .22 LR
The Savage Model 101 Safety Single Shot Pistol was an American single-shot revolver-styled pistol designed by Robert Hillberg and produced by the Savage Arms Corporation from 1960 to 1968. The Model 101 was developed by Robert L. Hillberg, intended as a small and inexpensive pistol for youths to use and likely to cater to the growing appeal of various Old West-themed television shows. The weapon first entered production in 1960, where it was reviewed by The American Rifleman as being "of ingenious design and appears suitably accurate for informal shooting. Production continued until 1968. This Revolver is in excellent condition showing normal signs of use and wear. Please see photos
