Smith & Wesson 617-6 .38 Spl +P
Smith & Wesson model 64, six shot, 38 Speacial, on a K frame, double action single action revolver. This firearm is an odd one, it has all the characteristics of a Smith & Wesson model 64 but the crane of the revolver is marked 617. The 617 model is a 22 Long rifle revolver. Finding the a factory ?mistake? like this is not common. The revolver sports a 4 inch barrel in a stainless steel finish, it has on the left side of the frame a integrated safety lock, sometime referred to as the ?Hillary hole?, the stock of the revolver are black ruber like. The revolver is in good working order, shows signs of use. Please see the photos
