Winchester 1895, in 30-40 Krag, The serial number is 72853, indicating it was made in 1914. The rifle is drill and tapped for a Williams rear. Teddy Roosevelt, was said to favor the Winchester 1895. The story goes he had one at San Juan Hill, but had given it to another soldier that did not have a rifle. Own a piece of history. Please see photos.
