This Kessler Arms Corp. Model 228FR is a Bolt Action Shotgun chambered in 16GA and features a 27” barrel. This Shotgun appears to not function as it should. The Bolt does not engage Fully. This shotgun is in Good condition cosmetically showing wear and tear. Please see photos.
