The Smith & Wesson Model 422 is a vintage .22lr semi-automatic target pistol. It was designed to compete with the popular Ruger Mark I/II’s of the time and was considered to be an excellent shooting gun. This 422 is believed to be an early production based on serial number (TBZ5827) and comes with one magazine. The pistol is in excellent condition showing minor signs of use and wear. Please see photos.
