Serial # 27710 late 1943 production action matches itself; bolt looks to be a amours replacement bolt and is not numbered. Stock and metal are in great condition despite not being numbers matching this rifle dies spec out as per the Bible of K98 Rifles “Backbone of the Wehrmacht, The German K98 Rifle, 1934-1945”. This is not a Russian capture or import marked, rifle also comes with an original WW2 bayonet which has been scrubbed nice condition non sharpened and frog. The barrel has well defined lands and grooves. Nice historic mid to late war Mauser featuring Nazi-style eagles firing proofs and waffenamts e/Nazi-style eagles.
