Mauser Werke 98 Sniper Rifle 8mm
BYF Mauser Werke Sniper Rifle action/barrel, non-matching Serial #2970 , Bolt Serial #1982,modified for scope, Pre-war Scope Serial #21528 Skopar Beta, Single Post & Crosshair Reticle, Post-war high turret scope mount. Most early war scopes used were originally hunting scopes until scope production began. Rifle features an original sling and cleaning rod. Firing Proof Nazi-style eagles, Acceptance Stamps waffenamts w/Nazi-style eagles. Stock type laminated, stock finish polished and stained, cupped buttplate total number produced 336,441. Rifle is not an RC or import marked, great bore and rifling. Please see photos
