The J.C. Higgins 31 is a semi-automatic rifle made by High Standard for J.C. Higgins (Sears) from 1953?1962, with the model 31 being produced from 1954?1956. It has a 24" barrel and can cycle 22 Short, 22 Long, or 22LR. This Rifle Sports a vintage tube scope and has been put to the test Showing heavy use and wear. Scope is Foggy and the rifle appears to function. Please see photos
