A hex receiver Mosin 91/30, dated 1931, with an import mark by CAI Georgia VT. The barrel has a star with an arrow, the arrow has 5 fletching. This indicates a pre 1940 Tula manufactured gun. The number marked on the barrel, bolt , Butt pad, and base plate, match, the number being 48248. Please see photos.
