The Smith & Wesson Bodyguard is a family of small J-frame revolvers with shrouded hammers manufactured by Smith & Wesson.The Model 38 is aluminum-framed, has a carbon steel barrel, a carbon steel cylinder with a five-round capacity. This is a Unique piece of history as it was Presented to police chief A.J Groves of Eustis, FL on Christmas of 1958, which is engraved on the side of the revolver. Chambered in 38 SPL CTG this Revolver is in excellent condition for its age and shows normal signs of use and wear. Please see photos.
